Mark and Julia Cornish are Trailhead Food Co. We moved to Tasmania almost 2 years ago, and immediately felt we were home. With such an abundance of amazing food, beer and wine at our doorstep, we were inspired by the culinary wonderland that is NE Tasmania. We wanted to create a catering company that would satisfy even the most demanding foodies. Since 2017, we’ve delighted our customers with delicious, innovative food. We pride ourselves on pleasing the most diverse and picky palates on a budget, and our customers keep coming back for more.
